Access to Course/Enroll in class (faculty)

An instructor does not see their course available to them in Brightspace.  

Instructions

  1. Check the class list of the course to see if they are listed as the instructor role?
    1. YES

      1. Guide the instructor to their course.

    2. NO

      1. The instructor will need to contact the Registrar for their campus. 

      2. Once they are properly enrolled in the class in Mainstreet as "Instructor", this will automatically update their Brightspace content within 20 minutes. 

      3. If the problem persists, and the user does not show after registrar confirmation & time window, then escalate the ticket to the SDS Team.
