Access OneDrive for work or school from a web browser

Instructions on how to Access OneDrive for work or school from a web browser.

Instructions

  1. Click the OneDrive cloud icon from the left navigation bar.
  2. By default, it will navigate to MyFiles which displays your files.
  • To view and access files you have shared and that have been shared with you:
    1. click Shared in the left navigation pane
    2. then click at the appropriate Tab at the top for Shared with you or Shared by you as appropriate.

TIP: Starting in May 2022, Users can also pin SharePoint Document Libraries to the Quick Access section in the left navigation pane of their OneDrive. See Pin SharePoint shared libraries to OneDrive Quick Access
