How to obtain your Campus Card/OneCard for The University of Maine System for Faculty, Staff and Students. Students must be enrolled in courses and photo identification must be presented in order to be issued a card.

The UMS Card Services office has staff located on the USM Portland and Gorham campuses and is open from 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday thru Friday. For individual campus hours, please contact your campus.

Cost and Add Funds
The first card for all students, faculty and staff are issued free of charge. For replacement costs at each campus, please visit the local campus website or call the local Card Office.
The campus card is tied to your @maine.edu account and your student or employee ID.
To add funds electronically, all students, staff and faculty can visit their mycampus portal and
click on the eAccounts icon.
Use your MaineStreet username and password to login.
Before adding funds through your eAccounts mobile app, your credit/debit card
information must be saved in your eAccounts web portal profile under
saved payment methods. American Express credit cards are not accepted.
Go to the Apple App or Google Play Store and download the eAccounts mobile app for more
convenience with adding future funds.
Adding cash funds will vary by campus:
UM and USM have PHIL stations located on their campus that allow funds to be added directly.
UMA, UMF, UMFK and UMPI, can visit their campus library to have the cash funds added.
UM Law School may utilize the PHIL stations on the USM campus that allows funds to be added
directly.
