Can an advisor or staff member update a student's planner in the Student Center?

Instructions 

Advisors/staff can view a students Planner buy using the “Act As User” functionality. Advisors/staff are not able to edit the Planner for the student in the Student Center. 

  1. To view a students Planner as an advisor,  navigate to View Advisees in the left-hand navigation.  
  2. Locate the student you would like to view, and select “Act As User”.
  3. Select Continue on FERPA statement.
  4. Using the left-hand navigation, acting as the student, select the Enrollment drop-down, then Planner.
