(Student) How do I download my STUDENT schedule to my Google Calendar?

This article provides students with instructions on how to download a .ics file of their schedule from the new Student Center and upload to their Google Calendar.

Instructions

• From the Student Center Dashboard, select "Schedule" from the left hand navigation.

• The upper right corner of the screen is the option to “Download (.ics)”.  Select from the drop down the schedule term you would like to download.

• A dialog box will open asking what you would like to do with the file. Save the file to your device.  

   

  **Note:  these instructions could vary slightly depending on the type of computer or web browser you are using.

• Open your Google calendar and select the plus symbol next to other calendars.

• Select Import

• Select the file you downloaded from your computer, select the correct calendar to import to, then select “Import”.  If the file downloaded automatically, it will be in your downloads folder.
  

  ** Note: Classes that do not have meeting days will not be included.
