Schedule Builder is a tool that allows students, advisors and staff to build schedules for a term based on the student’s availability and selected set of courses. Desired courses can be imported or selected through a powerful search interface. Once courses are identified, Schedule Builder will run its algorithms to provide students with potential schedules for them to review. Students then have the ability to narrow the schedule results again by filters such as the number of days on campus or start times. Students can share a favorite schedule with their advisor and also compare multiple schedules at a time. Once a preferred schedule is identified, students can easily register for those courses with a few simple clicks, if approved for enrollment, all while working directly in MaineStreet Campus Solutions. Schedule Builder saves students the time that they would normally spend manually comparing their different scheduling options and empowers them to find better, more manageable, scheduling options, helping to ensure their success.
Students gain access to Schedule Builder from the left hand navigation in the Student Center. Select the drop down arrow next to Enrollment then choose Schedule Builder.
