(Student) How do I enroll in Direct Deposit?

Refunds of excess balance on accounts will be made available by direct deposit to a US bank account or by check mailed to your current address. Direct deposits are the fastest and most secure way to get your refund. Credit balances resulting from credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.  Below are instructions on how to enroll in direct deposit.

Instructions

  • Once on the Dashboard of your Student Center, select Financials, then Direct Deposit Account from the left-hand navigation.

  • Select Enroll from the Direct Deposit page.

  • Enter the account information

    • Country

    • Currency

    • Routing Number

    • Account Holder name

    • Account number

    • Confirm Account number

    • Account Type

  • Check the box to agree to direct enrollment, then click save

  • You are now enrolled in direct deposit
