View open IT issues (incidents and requests) that you are participating in

UMS:IT uses a "ticket" system to track customer reports of issues (incidents) and other requests.  You may be listed as a participant on such requests even if you are not the request owner or "reporter".  The following instructions will allow you to view UMS:IT tickets that you are listed as a "participant" on.

Instructions

INFO: You will be prompted to login after selecting the following link to the ticketing system. Once you have logged in and are viewing tickets you may change the "selectors" to instead view tickets that are closed, and/or where you are the ticket's "reporter".
  1. Use this link to view a list of tickets that you are listed as a participant on.
