Faculty is reporting that when sending emails from their Grade Roster in Faculty Center the email to students shows their personal email as the sender. This happens when their personal email address is set as the Preferred email in Campus Solutions.
Solution
Faculty can update as follows:
While logged in to their Campus Portal, from MaineStreet menu, select Campus Solutions. Then search Email in the magnifying glass, hit enter. Select the first option Email Addresses in the search result. From here Faculty can check off preferred box by the UMS email and delete or update a personal email, then hit save.
