INFO: The Bookmark Navigator feature was included in Microsoft's November 2021 Power BI updates.
Scenario
Four visuals on a Power BI report page were created (two maps and two tables; one of each to reflect "New England" data and "Maine" data). The Bookmark Navigator feature enabled either the "New England" visuals or the "Maine" visuals to be displayed based on the button selection.

Creating the Bookmark Navigators
Step 1: Go to the View tab; click on Selection Pane. In the Selection Pane, name each visual appropriately.

Step 2: In the View tab, click Bookmarks. On the Selection Pane, hide the visuals you don't want to include on the first bookmark by clicking on the Eye icon. Place the visuals where you want, then go to the Bookmark Pane and click Add.

Step 3: Rename the Bookmark appropriately.

Step 4: Do the same (Steps 2 & 3) for the other bookmark(s)...

Step 5: CTRL Click on each bookmark, click on the ellipsis icon of one of them, and select Group; rename appropriately.

Step 6: Go to the Insert tab; select Buttons > Navigator > Bookmark Navigator. In the Format Navigator Pane, select Visual > Bookmarks section. select the group you made in the Bookmark dropdown (in this example: "Applications"); buttons appear on page. Then edit the buttons to look like what you want (in this example: Grid layout→Vertical, Shape→Chevron arrow, and Style based on Default, Hover, and Selected states.
