How to create recurring meetings in Zoom Web Client
Instructions
- Go to https://maine.zoom.us/ or mycampus.maine.edu
- Sign in using your UMS Credentials.
- (if accessed through mycampus, click the Zoom icon under the Launchpad)
- Select "Meetings" on the upper left navigation bar.
- Select "Schedule a Meeting".
- Enter the Topic and Description of your meetings.
- Select the first day of your event from the date picker along with the start time.
- Enter the Duration of your meetings and the Time Zone.
- Check off "Recurring Meeting".
- Select one of the following from the "Recurrence" drop down menu:
- Weekly
- Daily
- Monthly
- No Fixed Time
- Select how often the recurrence will take place from the "Repeat every" drop down list.
- Fill out the "Occurs on" field.
- Enter the "End date".
- Fill out out any other details for your event before selecting "Save".
