User receives error when trying to login to OneDrive "Your account or password is incorrect, if you don't remember your password, reset it now"
Solution
- DO NOT click the link to reset it now.
- Check if UMS credentials work on another site such as the user's campus portal, if it does, then create a ticket with the Help Desk. Reset their UMS password by going to accounts.maine.edu.
- If the user had previously clicked the link to reset it now, then the user will need to reset their UMS password by going to accounts.maine.edu.
INFO: It may take some time (10-20 min) for the password to sync over to Microsoft as well, so give it a little time after resetting before trying to login to OneDrive again.
