Cannot Login to Brightspace

Some ways that a student can log in to Brightspace.

Solution

1. The learner should be able to use the campus portal Launch-pad to access  
   or go directly to Brightspace.

2. If they are unable to log in to the portal because of maine.edu account issues, the ticket should be escalated to the SDS team.

3.  If they do not have a Mainestreet account but has a brightspace account, the user will need to use the non-sso login page here: https://courses.maine.edu/d2l/local

4. Auxiliary Accounts will not be able to validate via SSO, and should not be used in Brightspace for conventional course setup. (These are only generated on a case-by-case basis, and should only use the local login path for access)
