(Student) How do I enroll in a payment plan, view account activity, view/pay my bill, or assign an authorized user to my financial account?

Students can view details of account activity, sign up for a payment plan, view/pay their bill, and assign authorized users to their accounts in Touchnet.

Instructions 

• Students can view details of account activity, sign up for a payment plan, view/pay their bill, and assign authorized users to their accounts in Touchnet.  Students can gain access to Touchnet by navigating to the “What I Owe” page in the left hand navigation of the new Student Center and selecting "View/Pay Bill" in the upper left corner.  
• Students can navigate directly to Touchnet by choosing "View/Pay Bill" in the left hand navigation under Financials.
• Once an authorized user (parent, guardian, employee, etc) has been added, they can log in using this link
