The Microsoft Office Store is disabled in our environment because we are unable to control which apps are allowed, however Mendeley Cite O365 plugin is allowed. Below are instructions on how to install the plug-in without needing to use the Microsoft Office Store.
Instructions
- In a browser, go to Microsoft AppSource
- Click Get it now
- Sign-in to Microsoft AppSource with your UMS email credentials
- Check the box to approve Microsoft Permissions and click Continue
- Click Open in Word once the install completes
INFO: Word may need to be restarted before you will be able to create citations with the plug-in
