Body
With the release of Firefox 96.0, Mozilla added a new setting that blocks 3rd party cookies. This will usually show up for us in Brightspace while trying to load any Kaltura videos.
Solution
- Open Firefox.
- In the address bar type about:config and hit enter.
- Proceed through the warning by clicking Accept the Risk and Continue.
- In the search bar type, network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault.
- You will see one option labeled exactly "network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault" with the word "true" next to it.

- Either double click the line, or click the icon to make it change to "false".

You can now close this and retry your video.
