If you have forgotten your Multi-factor Authentication device and still need to get into your UMS account we can assist!

Detailed Information
- If you do not have a backup code or you can't find it you will need you to contact the IT Helpdesk at (800)696-4357. You can find information about the hours here.
- If you have generated a backup code, you can use one of them to access you account:
- Attempt to login as you normally would.
- When prompted for MFA:
- If you have it setup to auto-push you will need to click the blue "Cancel" button on the bottom.
- If you do not have auto push proceed to the next step.
- Click "Other options"
- Click "Bypass Code"
- Input your 9 digit backup code as you would normally and click Login.
**You can only use each backup code once!**
- You should now be logged in!
