When making a selection from myCampus (LaunchPad or MaineStreet menu), you may receive an error similar to the screenshot above. This is typically due to a browser error rather than a credentials error. Please follow the steps below to resolve.

  1. Clear your browser's cookies and cache (make sure to select All Time).
  2. Close all browser windows then reopen your browser, or restart your device
  3. Log into mycampus.maine.edu (if you cannot log in, reset your password)
  4. Make your selection from the LaunchPad or MaineStreet menu
