How to address Duo error messages after changing your password.
Solution
Possible error messages received:
- "Your two-factor account is disabled. Contact an administrator for assistance."
- "Account disabled, your Duo account is disabled, you are unable to access this application. Please contact your helpdesk."
This is likely caused by changing your password after it had expired.
- Log in to the MFA manager utility with your new password. This should fix the issue.
- If this does not address the issue, contact the IT Help Desk for additional assistance.
