This article will walk you through uploading vaccination records to the University of Maine System Immunization Portal.
Instructions
- Using a web browser (PC/Mac, Tablet or Smartphone), visit the University of Maine Immunization Portal. You will be taken to the UMS login page where you will be asked to enter your username and UMS password. Once verified, you will be taken back to the app.
- Click on the blue Enter my Immunization Data link.
- Click on the green Update button next to Immunization Records.
- Upload immunization record(s)
- Confirm all looks correct with the upload, and click Looks Good. Then Save.
- Click the green Update button next to the appropriate vaccination type.
- Enter the date and select the type of vaccine from the drop-down menu.
- Repeat the process for other required vaccines as necessary.
- Once you have updated all required vaccinations, the information is now awaiting an employee to validate the information. The Immunization checklist should come off your To Do List in MaineStreet in 3-5 business days.
