Instructions

To enable TurnItIn for an assignment, do the following:

  1. From the Assignments tool, click New Assignment.
  2. Give the assignment a name.
  3. Navigate to the Turnitin tab.
  4. Click Enable Turnitin for this folder.
  5. Once enabled, you can continue to create the details for the new assignment, including more options in Turnitin, such as configuring Similarity Report and Online Grading functionalities.
  6. Click Save and Close.
  7. Occasionally Instructors may receive a request from a Student to have their submissions removed from TurnItIn
    1. When this occurs, please use the linked walk-through for Requesting Submission Deletion from TurnItIn
