Census Reporting Data Issue Documentation

There is interest in having a dataset that captures all student enrollment for reporting including those student enrollments added after census. This is a particular concern for Academic Partnerships students who enroll in a term after the census date, though currently this is still a relatively small proportion of student enrollments.

The workgroup goal is to add to the accuracy of census reporting by designing potential solutions and recommending the most robust options to:

• Capture enrollments that occur after the census date for a given term
• Ensure reporting accurately reflects retroactive withdrawals
