If you're running low on space or want to know what's filling your Google account, Google Drive shows how much of your storage you're using and which apps — Drive, Gmail or other Google Workspace apps — are using it.
Instructions
- In a web browser, navigate to Google Drive (External Link) and log in if needed.
- Your overall usage appears on the left side of the navigation menu, below the icons.
- For more detail, select the Storage item. A page opens showing usage broken down by app, followed by your Drive items (largest to smallest by default).
