Contact the Parchment Team (Vendor Name: Instructure)
The following support information is for both Transcript Services and Diploma Services on the Parchment Award Platform.

- Log in to Transcript and click on the "Support" button at the top right of your screen. Once there, you will see a “Contact Us” button on the right that will take you through the ticket process. (preference)

Contact UMS:IT
Create a UMS:IT ticket. The software support analyst assigned to the Parchment solutions will respond and/or contact Parchment to address the issue.
