After activating or reactivating your account, there is a processing delay before you can enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This delay typically lasts about 30 minutes.
If you attempt to enroll immediately after account activation or reactivation, you may receive an error message or be unable to proceed. This is expected behavior due to the required processing time.
Solution
- Wait at least 30 minutes after your account has been activated or reactivated before attempting to enroll in MFA.
- If you receive an error when trying to enroll immediately after activation/reactivation, please allow more time to pass and try again after 30 minutes.
- If you continue to experience issues after waiting 30+ minutes, contact support for further assistance.
