Overview
Webex voicemail is cloud-based and managed directly through the Webex app and the Webex User Hub. You can set up your PIN, record a greeting, and choose how calls are sent to voicemail. Voicemail is not delivered to your UMS email inbox.
Access the Webex User Hub
- Open a web browser and go to https://user.webex.com.
- Sign in with your UMS username and password.
- In the left-side menu, select Settings.
- Choose Calling, then select Voicemail.
Set Up Your Voicemail
- Use the on-screen options to manage your voicemail settings:
- Reset your voicemail PIN
- Turn voicemail on or off
- Choose when calls go to voicemail (busy, no answer, etc.)
- Record a custom greeting
- Manage your voicemail inbox (listen to or delete messages directly from the portal)
