Waiver of Insurance Request

Waivers of insurance may be requested if a vendor cannot meet the insurance requirements outlined in their contract. Each waiver is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, applies only to that specific contract. When submitting, please include the contract, scope of work, and a clear explanation for why the waiver is needed.
