All of the ebooks we catalog need to go into specific collections in Alma. This makes the management, especially scoping, of resources possible. The three primary collections we are using are:
UMaine One Time Purchase Ebooks Single User: Collection ID 61497153270008681
UMaine One Time Purchase Ebooks Three Users: Collection ID 61497153250008681
UMaine One Time Purchase Ebooks Unlimited Users: Collection ID 61497415360008681
To do this, first in the Electronic Portfolio, click on the button to "Attach to an electronic collection"
Then search for the collection you want to add it to using the collection IDs from above.
Just click on the collection name that shows up and the record will be added to that collection.
