On February 15, 2024, Jira and Confluence were placed behind a firewall for security reasons. Access to these products will require you to be on campus or if you are off campus and have a UMS account, you will need to use the VPN (virtual private network) to access Jira or Confluence. Instructions for connecting remotely to the VPN can be found here.
