Call Forwarding Cisco IP Phone to voicemail without ringing at your phone

This document explains how to forward Cisco IP phone calls to voicemail without ringing at your phone.

Instructions

1. Make sure the phone is not in a call.
2. Press the soft-button labeled "CFwdAll"
3. Pres the hard-button labeled "Messages"
4. The phone now reads "Forwarded to Voicemail"
5. Press "CFwdALL" again to cancel forwarding
