With a softphone the computer user has access to all the functions and features of a typical university office phone, including the ability to participate in automated call response systems such as used by telephone service centers. There are limitations to the service, such as with 911 location reporting, and resource limitations, hence this service is provided only when needed to support a critical university business function. The user's Campus IT Officer must approve each request for access to this service.

Kaltura

Ingests/captures video from multiple sources such as video file upload, computer screen, webcam or attached video camera (may require additional computer hardware), allows for the manipulation of uploaded video content and makes the video available for streaming to computers and other devices through a web browser and integration with learning management systems, such as the University's Blackboard system. Includes automatic captioning (requires manual checking to meet disability accessibility guidelines).

OneDrive for Work and School

OneDrive for work and school accounts is online storage space in the cloud that's provided for individual licensed users in an organization. Use it to help protect work files and access them across multiple devices. OneDrive lets you share files and collaborate on documents, and sync files to your computer.
