The University of Maine Media Services department may bill for equipment and services for providing audio/visual support for either in person, hybrid, or online. This decision is based on the level of service and hours worked on an event as determined by the UM Media Services Manager. If your request was ordered through UM Media Services a week in advance or longer, an estimate can be provided upon request.
