Do you need to use Perceptive Content\ImageNow but do not have it installed on your workstation? Here is a guide on installing PerceptiveContent\ImageNow on your University-managed Windows device automatically via the Software Center.
WARNING: This will only work on University-managed devices. You should not need administrative credentials to install this, but if you do, you can either put in your UMS sign in credentials (yourname@maine.edu and password) UM only, or contact
IT Support for assistance. Also, this software is only available for PCs. Mac users will need to use the web-based version, "Perceptive Experience" available at
here.
Instructions
- Navigate to your Software Center (also known as the Application Catalog).
- From the Start menu, type "Software Center" in the search bar, and click to open it
- On the right hand of the top of the window, locate the "Search" bar and type "ImageNow"
- Click the "Install" button.
- Please allow several minutes for the installation to complete.
- When the button turns to "Uninstall," the process is complete.
- Reboot your computer.
- ImageNow should be available for use.
