USM Employees A-list and Student Current-S List

USM Employees inquiring about postings to the USM-A-LIST or the Student USM-CURRENT-S Lists. 

Instructions

  1. Employees are automatically added to the USM-A-LIST dependent on Human Resources entering them into MaineStreet. Students are automatically added to the Student
    USM-Current-S-LIST dependent on their status as a full-time or part-time student.

  2. To post to the USM-A-LIST employees would send an email to usm-a-list@lists.maine.edu. To post to the Student USM-Current-S-LIST employees would send an email to
    usm-current-s@lists.maine.edu. Emails sent to the lists are reviewed by moderators, who will decide whether to allow the posting.

  3. If an employee has submitted a post, but it still has not been approved she/he will need to contact one of the moderators of that list. As of September 22, 2021 the following staff are the moderators.

  5. Former employees can request to maintain a subscription for the USM-A-LIST making this request through the UMS IT ticket system and they will be manually added to the list. Should current employees not want to receive USM-A-LIST messages they should also request this through the ticket system.
