Call Forwarding Cisco IP Phone to a separate phone number. (Phone)

Instructions

  1. Make sure the phone is not in a call.
  2. Press the soft-button labeled "CFwdAll"
  3. Dial the in-state number to forward all calls to (just like you would normally dial it from the phone). Either 8 or 8 (based on campus) and the 7-digit number. 
    NOTE: Must use the 7-digit number, 1-207-XXX-XXXX or 207-XXX-XXXX will not work properly.
  4. The phone now reads "Forwarded to [the number you entered]"
  5. Press "CFwdALL" again to cancel forwarding
INFO: Currently call forwarding is only supported to in-state 207 numbers. Setting forwarding to an out-of-state number is not possible.
