Any user that has their email address configured under the addresses tab in their voicemail box can reset/update their voicemail PIN.
Access the Voicemail Self Service Portal via a web browser (must be on-campus or connected via VPN)
Enter your @maine.edu email address and click the "Reset Voicemail Password" button and also enter the captcha characters to prove you are human.
You should see the following message on the screen after the request is sent: "Your password reset request was successful. Please check your e-mail account to complete the request."
You will receive an email with the subject: Voicemail Password Reset Confirmation
It will contain this message: "If you have requested to reset your password, please click the following link"
Click on the link and you will be sent to the web page to enter your new password
Enter and confirm the password, then press "Reset Password". You will receive this message if successful: Your password is updated successfully!
