Can I forward my phone if I'm not in my office?

Directions on how to forward a phone if you do not currently have physical access to it.

Instructions

  1. Contact the HelpDesk (How to contact the Help Desk)
  2. Indicate you would like to forward your phone and include the following information
    • The phone number you want forwarded
    • The phone number you want it forwarded to
  3. The helpdesk will forward your request on to the group that can do this.

NOTE: Currently call forwarding is only supported to in-state 207 numbers. Setting forwarding to an out-of-state number is not possible
