As a Project Stakeholder or Sponsor, how can I see information and status updates about my project?

The IT Project Management Office uses TeamDynamix for project management activities. 

Project stakeholders who are listed on the Project in TeamDynamix can access project information through the UMS Service portal.

Instructions

Public Report - All Active Projects

View only MY Projects in the Client Portal

  1. Access the UMS Services Portal IT Landing Page
  2. Select the Sign In Link in the upper left and authenticate with your maine.edu username and password
  3. If you have been added as a Project sponsor or stakeholder, "Projects" will show in the upper menu bar as shown below.  Select Projects.  (If you do not have this option, please contact the project manager on the project for which you are a sponsor or stakeholder)

  1. You will see a list of all projects that are either set as visible to the Public or that have you listed as a sponsor or stakeholder. Select the project that you wish to learn more about.
  2. You may uncheck "Public Projects" and "Published Projects" to see only the projects that you are associated with.

  1. Stakeholders and sponsors will see general project information, the status of the project, any recent updates entered by the Project Manager, contact info for project resources and stakeholders. 
  • Stakeholders and sponsors can not see full project plans, issues or risks and can not update or make changes to projects. If you need to have additional access, please contact the Project Manager.
