Operation

  1. Above the battery compartment is a switch. Make sure it has been set to 'On' before turning the mouse back over and setting it on a flat surface.
  2. Make sure the mouse is within 30' of the computer/black box.

Common Issues & Solutions

 

"Mouse movements on screen seems to start and stop / lag / seems jittery."

  • Make sure the mouse is turned on. The power switch is located on the underside of the mouse.
  • Position the mouse closer to the receiver to check if there is interference. If something is in front of the receiver, such as a cupboard door, try removing the block to see if that improves the signal.
  • Change out the batteries. Call ITMS if you need batteries.

 

"The mouse doesn't seem to be working at all."

  • Make sure the mouse has been turned on.
  • Make sure the receiver is plugged into the computer.
  • Position the mouse closer to the receiver to check if there is interference. If something is in front of the receiver, such as a cupboard door, try removing the block to see if that improves the signal.
  • Check that the batteries are in the right orientation.
  • Change out the batteries. Call ITMS if you need batteries.
