How Do I Find Xerox Printer Key Operator?

Instructions

  1. On TDX on top menu, click on IT Assets/CIs.
  2. On left column, click on Assets.
  3. On top menu, click on green button labeled My Searches.
  4. In drop down menu, select Xerox MFPs.
  5. Click Filter Assets in the top right corner (green button with white shape) and search for the asset by desired criteria. 
    1. In the same vein, you can simply open the informational page of an asset already attached to a ticket, without needing to enter the IT Assets/CIs menu.
  6. If an owner is not listed for the printer, inform EUT.
