Data Quality Specifications

  • Ensure student is post-matriculated before deferring.
  • Admit term and requirement term reflect the term to which the student is deferring.
  • Subplan, if any, reflects the term to which the student is deferring.
  • If a student is pre-decision, application should have a program code of DATA and the term should reflect the term to which the student is deferring.
