Detailed Information

Begin with the student's information on institution, academic career, cohort code, and As of Date.
	 
	- 
	
Go through each academic term one by one.
	 
	- 
	
For each student with some enrollment activity in the term:
	
		- 
		
Check if the student is already in the cohort:
		
			- If Yes, continue to check if they are enrolled.
 
			- If No, skip this student and go to the next one.
 
		
		 
		- 
		
Check if the student is enrolled for the term:
		
			- If Yes, continue to see if they are matriculated.
 
			- If No, skip this student and go to the next one.
 
		
		 
		- 
		
Check if the student is matriculated:
		
			- If Yes, go to the next step to gather additional information.
 
			- If No, skip this student and go to the next one.
 
		
		 
	
	 
	- 
	
Determine the student’s Admission Type: Identify what type of student they are (e.g., first-time, transfer, etc.).

Determine the student’s Academic Load: Check if the student is full-time, part-time, etc.
	 
	- 
	
Add student to the cohort: Assign the student to the appropriate cohort based on all previous checks.
	 
Repeat for all students: Once finished with one student, go back and start with the next until all students have been processed.
