TDX AI features "Revise with AI" and "AI Ticket Summaries"

TDX Revise with AI

 

What It Does:

  • This feature improves text for grammar, clarity, and conciseness in any rich text editor in TDNext or the Client Portal.

Where You’ll See It:

  • Inside any rich text editor you use (such as when editing tickets, knowledge articles, etc.).

  • A button labeled "Revise with AI" appears in the toolbar.

How to Use It:

  • Click the "Revise with AI" button to revise the entire content of the text editor.

  • You can also highlight specific text to revise only a portion of the content.

  • A preview window lets you review and accept or modify the AI’s suggestions before applying them.

TDX AI Ticket Summaries

What It Does:

  • Summarizes ticket details and recent activity to help you quickly understand what’s going on with a ticket.

Where You’ll See It:

  • In TDNext, at the top of each ticket, there is a "View Ticket Summary" expandable panel (once enabled).

 

 

 

 

 

What’s Included in the Summary:

  • Ticket Details Summary: Highlights key information from the Title, Description, and custom attributes.

  • Recent Activity Summary: Shows a summary of the latest communication or updates on the ticket.

 

When It Works:

  • Automatically generates summaries when you open or refresh a ticket, and expand the summary panel by clicking the down arrow

Security Overview (Applies to Both Features)

  • Your data remains private. Neither the AI Revision feature nor the AI Ticket Summaries feature stores your data or uses it to train models.

  • Secure handling. All AI-generated data is processed with the same security protocols as other TeamDynamix data.
