Remote Access to Network File Shares (macOS)

Summary

How to connect to Network Fileshares remotely on macOS

Body

Staff and faculty using the Remote Access VPN and Viscosity can access files stored on the UAD or USM file shares. While on campus, users can connect without the use of a VPN, however, while away from campus users MUST use a VPN to access network shares.

The Remote Access VPN is a pre-requisite for accessing Network Drives remotely.  See How to Connect Remotely using the Remote Access VPN.
