Body
All UMS employees are eligible to receive Adobe Acrobat Pro for secure PDF editing, signing, form creation, and redaction.
For most creative tasks, like flyers, reports, presentations, and event materials, tools in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Docs, Slides, Forms, PowerPoint) meet every day needs.
If your work involves advanced creative tasks such as graphic design, illustration, video editing, or formal publication formatting, you may request a Creative Cloud All Apps license. This includes 20+ professional tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Licenses are limited and require campus approval. If you're unsure, check the Adobe Access FAQ or ask your supervisor.
