Issue / Question

How do I start and operate the touch screen system, and configure Zoom on the in-room PC?

Solution

System Startup

1. Tap anywhere on the touch screen to start the system.
2. Once the system starts, you’ll see control options on the left side of the screen for Display, Camera, and Audio.

Control Options

Display

1. Raise or lower the projection screen.
2. Turn the projector on or off.

Camera

1. Pan, tilt, or zoom the camera view.
2. Set camera presets:

• To save a preset, press and hold the preset button until it starts blinking.
• To recall a preset, press the button once.

Audio

Use the Audio screen to adjust the microphone pickup levels for the Handheld and Lavalier (Lav) microphones.

Main System Options

After startup, two options will appear at the top of the screen: Streaming (ScreenBeam) and PC. Select the option that best fits your needs.

Streaming (ScreenBeam)

Choose this option to wirelessly share content to the room display. For detailed wireless connection instructions, see the Wireless Connection Options article.

PC

1. Use the in-room PC for presentations or video conferencing.
2. The room PC includes two cameras (Front and Rear), room speakers, and room microphones.

Configuring Zoom on the Room PC

1. Right-click the Zoom icon in the taskbar and select Settings.
2. Select Audio from the left menu:

3. Select Video from the left menu and choose your preferred camera:
