How to Create a Customization or Incident Ticket
Customization Request: A customization ticket is a type of IT service request that documents a proposed improvement to an existing system, application, or process rather than addressing a defect or issue. Enhancement tickets focus on adding new functionality, improving user experience, or extending capabilities of current systems.
Incident Ticket: An Incident ticket is a type of IT service request that formally documents, tracks, and manages problems, defects, or unexpected behaviors within MaineStreet. As a specific category of service request, it serves as a structured communication tool between users, support teams, and developers within the IT service management framework.

When submitting a ticket, include a summary of your customization request or incident and a detailed description with screenshots, browser info, impact estimate, and urgency level. This helps us address and prioritize efficiently.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email notification with your ticket number and other important information. All communication will occur through emails generated by TDX.
