How to Find Your Zoom Meeting ID

Using the Zoom App

For Scheduled Meetings:

1. Open the Zoom app.
2. Tap or click "Meetings" at the bottom or top navigation.
3. Under Upcoming Meetings, select your scheduled meeting.
4. The Meeting ID will be listed under the meeting title, usually as a 9-, 10-, or 11-digit number.

For Instant (Ongoing) Meetings:

1. Start or join your Zoom meeting.
2. Tap or click the (i) icon in the top-left corner on desktop, or "Participants" > "Invite" on mobile.
3. The Meeting ID will be shown in the meeting information pop-up.

Using the Zoom Web Portal

1. Go to the appropriate Zoom sign-in page:
   • University of Maine System (UMS) users: https://maine.zoom.us/signin
   • Non-UMS users: https://zoom.us/signin
2. In the left menu, click "Meetings".
3. Under the Upcoming Meetings tab:
   • Find your meeting in the list.
   • Click the meeting name.
   • The Meeting ID will appear at the top of the meeting details.

Tips

• If you're the host, the Meeting ID is also in your email invitation or calendar invite.
