Virtual Service Desk Hours

INFO: The Service Desk will be closing at 5pm on December 24 and closed on December 26 due to Administrative Leave.

These hours apply to live, remote support options such as chat and phone (Eastern USA time zone). IT support is unavailable during University holidays.

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
