Solution
Virtual Service Desk Hours
INFO: To support upcoming class start dates, the Service Desk will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, January 19, (Martin Luther King Jr. Day.)
These hours apply to live, remote support options such as chat and phone (Eastern USA time zone). IT support is unavailable during University holidays.
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm

Walk-Up Support
The IT walk-up service is available to faculty, staff, and students. It is primarily staffed by student employees trained by Campus Technology’s IT Service Desk.
Walk-up availability and hours vary by campus. Please check your campus IT website for current locations and hours.

Chat is the fastest way to get help during support hours. If needed, a support agent may offer Zoom for identity verification or to walk through an issue.
