How do I register to the Guest Network?

Instructions to connect to UMS Guest Network on UMS campuses.

MaineEDU-Guest: does NOT require maine.edu account

1. Select the MaineEDU-Guest network in your wireless setup
2. Open the browser and you will be redirected to a self-registration page.
3. If the registration page does not auto load, go to mail.maine.edu to force the registry page
4. Accept terms and enter a personal email account to register and use the Guest network.

• MaineEDU-Guest has limited Internet access

Web & Wi-Fi Network enabled devices

Risk

Limited Internet and network access, limited time usage of Guest Network (times out after 4 hours). Will need to re-register after that time period.
